Professional Ladies of Manistee, Michigan was founded to help women connect with peers, find ways to participate in the community and succeed in their pursuits, including building careers, running businesses, advancing education and other aspirations.

Mary Kaye Wilkosz
With over 29 years of banking experience, Mary Kaye has been the leading mortgage lender in Manistee County for the past several years. She is the Vice President of Retail Lending and Office Manager at West Michigan Bank & Trust in Manistee. Mary Kaye is the Co-Founder of Professional Ladies of Manistee (PLM) and current member of the Home Builders Association of West Michigan. Mary Kaye is also a past cabinet member for the 2014-2015 United Way Campaign, past Chair for the Manistee Area Chamber of Commerce Business Expo, past committee member of the Manistee National Forest Festival, past President of the Manistee Chamber of Commerce, past board member of Love, Inc. and past cabinet member for the 2013-2014 United Way Campaign. Mary Kaye also enjoys her work with Manistee, Oceana, Mason Country Board of Realtors.
Janet Duchon
Janet is Branch Manager and Assistant Vice President of Chemical Bank, most recently named to Forbes Top 100 Banks in the Country. She is a firm believer in giving back to the community and a member of the City of Manistee DDA Design Committee, Historic Vogue Theater Capital Campaign Commitee, past chairperson of "Grapes on the River" a wine and food tasting evet, Manistee National Forest Festival Committee Member, Victorian Sleighbell Festival Committee Member, past cabinet member of the 2013-2014 United Way Campaign, and co-founder of Professional Ladies of Manistee (PLM).


Gini Pelton
Gini believes in being involved and giving back to her community. Since moving to Manistee in 1992 Gini has worked in Real Estate and Property Management. Currently with CENTURY 21 Boardwalk as a Realtor. Favorite parts of her career are in assisting first time home buyers and helping new people to the area discover how wonderful Manistee is. Gini currently serves on the following Committees and Boards:
President, Mason Oceana Manistee Board of Realtors, Manistee Area Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors and Ambassador, Manistee DDA Organizational Committee, Manistee Elks Lodge -former Knight and chair of the Community Liason and Scholarship Committees. and United Way 2013 Campaign Committee.
Gini has received the following awards: Elks Lodge 2011-2012 Outstanding Service Commendation!
Manistee Mainstreet DDA= 2013 Volunteer of the Year. Century 21 Great Lakes Region-Silver Sales Award

Danielle Wilkosz
Danielle is a graduate from Grand Valley State University and has a passion for the Medical Field. She currently holds the position of Supervisor at Pine Rest Christian Mental Heath in Traverse City and is a Licensed Real Estate Agent at Coldwell Banker A.L.M. Realty in Manistee. Danielle is attending Northwood University where she will graduate with her MBA in July 2016. Danielle is a current member of the Traverse City Area Young Profsesionals and her past volunteering includes: board member and elected secretary of the City of Manistee Parks Commission, United Way of Manistee County, 2013 United Way Campaign cabinet member, Manistee Area Chamber of Commerce, Grapes on the River, Love Inc. and Spectrum Health.
Anna Mann
Anna is the Group Sales Manager for the Little River Casino Resort. She has been with the resort for 8 years and in her current position for 6 years. Anna volunteers and participates in a number of community organizations including the United Way of Manistee County (former President of the Board), the Manistee Rotary Club (current President) and the Manistee County Humane Society's Homeward Bound Animal Shelter. Anna currently lives in the Irons area with her husband Jim. Together, they enjoy fishing, camping and hiking.

Sandy Saylor
Sandy is a registered nurse at Manistee County Medical Care Facility. She recently earned a BSN degree, graduating Magna Cum Laude from Ferris State University. Sandy also is a graduate of West Shore Community College, earning an Associate’s Nursing degree and an Associate of Arts in Liberal Arts and Sciences (Phi Theta Kappa). She also holds a degree from Muskegon Business College. She is a massage therapist and a licensed real estate sales agent. Her work history includes “many years” at the Manistee Recreation Association, ten of which were as the executive director.
Sandy’s volunteer work includes serving as past committee member and co-chair of Manistee National Forest Festival, EnVision Manistee Steering Committee (2006), WSCC Nursing and Allied Health and Advisory Board (2010 student representative) and past member and president of Manistee Jaycees. She has also served in Sunrise Rotary and participated in the Reading Mentoring program at Jefferson Elementary School. Sandy is a current member of 100 Women Who Care in Manistee County. She sings in her church choir at the early Sunday mass for the Catholic Community of Manistee. Last December, Sandy made her debut on the Ramsdell Theatre stage as Mary Bailey in “It’s a Wonderful Life.” She has a small role in the upcoming production of Footloose. Sandy is a life-long resident of Manistee and is married to George Saylor, who also grew up in Manistee and practices law in the community.
